Wegmans Tailgating Party!

We are now just nine days away from the first Wegmans opening here in MA! For those of you who wonder what Wegmans is and why our company is talking about it, let me explain….

Our blog post We <3 Wegmans, explains the whole story, but to shorten it for everyone, here is the condensed version. I grew up in Buffalo, NY, 45 minutes from where Wegmans is headquartered in Rochester. Wegmans is an open aired grocery store that offers an experience like no other. I got spoiled having them on every block and because of all the awesomeness they had to offer, was hooked for life. There are many of my friends, co workers and strangers who know of my unbridled passion for Wegmans and now they’ve become hooked, just like me. This passion towards a grocery store may seem a bit off, but it’s the same passion that we bring to our products. Draper Therapies and everyone who is a part of our team is just as passionate about what we’re doing, same as Wegmans employees. So when you’re out there promoting health and wellness, it makes sense to align yourself and support others with similar beliefs. So we’re here to celebrate this great occasion!

Wegmans will be opening at 7am on October 16th, with their wine “package” store opening right next door at noon. The address is 9102 Shops Way, Northborough, MA 01532, but don’t expect it to show up in your GPS, it’s REALLY new (but a hint at where it is, Route 9 & 20). Draper will be on site with hot chocolate, coffee and tea, along with some morning cakes for all those people who will be waiting in line. So at 6am our tailgating party will kick off. We’ll be there in our bright and hard to miss shirts with smiling faces!
